Headache Help

Just this last year I began to have lots of headaches. I would have them almost every day for up to two weeks before I would find any relief. And as you know, it's hard to get anything done when your head hurts.

Doing research about headaches online I ran across a website that has really helped me a lot. It explains how certain deficiencies can cause you to have a headache, especially if it is a one-sided or migraine type headache.
